At heart, I help people and businesses to evolve, to create their future, to become leaders and to be more agile. I believe leadership is about innovation and innovation is about taking the lead. I have been doing this since 2009. And before that, I worked in various multinationals where I learned to be rigorous and flexible.

I consider myself a creative, empathetic and entrepreneurial person. I am interested in the future, I am motivated by challenges and always try to be surrounded by the best people. Above all, I want my work to have a positive impact on future generations.
